Returns and refunds

Thank you for supporting Julie Davidson Children’s Collection. Each artwork is carefully prepared and packaged with care.

Due to the nature of art prints, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note:

• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
